How do I place an order?
What information do I need to provide to make an order?
- Your shipping, order information & billing address.
- Phone number & email address for order confirmation and invoice.
- Payment method – please provide a credit card number to complete your order.
How long until my order ships?
Because I take pride in hand-crafting every order it takes a little bit longer than what you're probably used to. That being said, I do my best to get all orders out within 5 days of being placed.
What are your shipping & handling charges?
Normal shipping in the US is $4, although all orders over $40 ship FREE! You can also choose expedited shipping for $7, just know that this is expedited SHIPPING, not expedited earring making!
How do I get the free earrings?
Just go to the Driftless WIld Collection page and select any two earrings from that collection. Your free studs should automatically appear in your cart at checkout. If you are having problems, just email me at email@example.com
How can I pay for my order?
What is your refund policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. No questions asked.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Just keep the original packaging in case you are thinking of sending your earrings back.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
My product was damaged upon arrival. What should I do?
It is unlikely that your earrings are damaged during shipping because of the cardboard containers I use. However, sometimes the cork has natural flaws that really add to the character and uniqueness of each earring. However if you find that your earrings are actually damaged, or you just don't like the way the cork looks on that particular earring, feel free to follow our return process outlined above.
