You just need to be logged into your account. If you're using the same browser you were in last time you shopped you're probably still logged in. If you've changed phones, cleared your cookies or are borrowing a friend's computer, just click the rewards button on the lower right portion of the screen to log in.
All points earned will reset on a rolling calendar year basis.
Unfortunately the VIP tiers (BFF, Bestie, and Soulmate) auto-reset every year on July 1st. At this time I do not have a work-around for that.
